關於「麥」的名稱

「麥」常指「小麥 Wheat」，屬名是Triticum。
Wheat 一般也泛指大麥(Barley)、燕麥(Oat)、黑麥(Rye)。
另外相關的還有蕎麥(Buckwheat)、麥角(Ergot)等…

至於其他常見成分代用名稱如下，文中提到的Triticale應是小黑麥，依照維基英文版的說法，是19世紀在實驗室中培育出的小麥(Wheat)與黑麥(Rye)的混種。
