以指令修改調整螢幕解析度設定

輸入內建指令：
wmic desktopmonitor create screenheight=1920, screenwidth=1080

但是出現錯誤：
ERROR:
Description = Provider is not capable of the attempted operation

也試過進regedit修改的方式，但是不能work，似乎不同顯卡便有不同改法。

於是轉向外部工具方案，找到的有：
